After visiting Ulta Today, saw the Bare Minerals Facial section was extremely…bare. I could tell by the face of the sales associate that this product would not be coming back.
On to search for yet another product.
Every time I like something this company changes it or discontinues it. I love this Pure Plush cleanser just the way it is. If it won’t be available until late summer, I’ll have moved on to something new by then. Your product development process cannot leave gaps in the market. You’ve disappointed this customer one too many times.

Like all the other reviews, I have used this product for years. It’s amazing. Cleans my face and takes off makeup. It’s so disappointing that companies feel a need to change a product that works and people love. Then when it comes back it’s never the same. I’m hopeful that the reformulated version will be just as good. If the results are not as before I will be saying goodbye to Bare Minerals.

I’ve had so much trouble trying to find my favorite skin care product. I hear the cleanser is being reformulated. I don’t think it needs any of that. It’s perfect the way it is. Please bring the original cleanser back in stock!
Why have you been out of stock for so long??? I have used this product for years and now all of a sudden I can't find any. I don't know what else to use. Why would you do this with such an amazing product?? I'm so disappointed!!

The Pure Plush Gentle Deep Cleansing Foam is in the process of being reformulated, and we expect the new formula to launch in late summer—so stay tuned!
In the meantime, we currently only offer Smoothness Hydrating Cleansing Oil, a lightweight cleansing oil with botanical extracts that gently dissolves impurities and makeup, including waterproof formulas. It's best suited for normal to dry skin types.
